Regarding a claim by Sakinah Khanum, wife of Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali from Sabzivar, against Afrasiyab Khan (Alexander), son of Comte de Monte Fort, over two white horses. She presents an affidavit and a settlement in which her daughter, Kawkab Khanum, has transferred ownership of the two horses to her along with their accessories and a carriage. Haji Riza Gari-chi (coachman) from Shiraz, son of Rustam Khan, had transferred the mentioned items to his wife, Kawkab Khanum, for her mahr of one hundred fifty tumans. Sakinah Ashrafi (Banu-yi Ashraf), as recorded in a family gathering on 3 Feb 1971 in Tehran, one year before her death. She talks about weddings in the family and narrates related anecdotes. News related to a Bakhtiyari man, published in issues 53 to 56 of Iran-i naw: A Bakhtiyari man, called Amir, was arrested for kidnapping a woman. He was released after it became clear that the woman was his mut‘a wife. The Trade Association of bazaar representatives visited the Cabinet and discussed the issue of the Bakhtiyari man and another incident near a pistachio garden. Sardar As‘ad confirms the man’s innocence, and refutes the pistachio garden incident altogether.

Correspondence amongst the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, the Treasury General, the Fars Department of Finance, the Yazd Finance Administration, the Ministry of the Royal Court, the Cabinet, and Malakah Iran regarding the hold on a payment of four hundred and sixty-one tumans from Malakah Iran's salary due to a trial in absentia for her debt to Aqa Riza Quli Nazir (overseer); her subsequent complaint; the order to remove the hold and issue her payment; another complaint by her on not receiving her salary for three years; and the order to investigate this issue.
